Generally speaking, English style pubs are not found at altitudes above 10,000 feet. We don't measure up to that in England.
However that's what you find at the Cross Keys. It's owned by an Englishman [diplomat and ornithologist] and is like an English pub down to the pub games, except that it employs peruvian staff and serves food a little different from the normal English bar.
