Guilty! I did only get that fanciful name from the website and I always think of it as the Cafe Ursula. It is in a really wonderful situation on a headland with great sea views and above it there's a park area, near to which are some terrific buildings housing embassies.
As a result the sound of conversation from the tables [inside and out] at this well provisioned and efficient cafe is like a mini-tower of Babel.
