This villa really is something. Built for the Emperor Hadrian it was the largest Roman Villa anywhere and its dimensions were almost equal to the whole city of Pompeii.
Allow plenty of time and spend a while absorbing what it's all about by looking at the model of how it once looked shortly after you enter.
