Asia Khiva ($45) is located right outside the massive mudbrick walls, few yards from the Tosh Darvoza gate. It is modern and half of the rooms have views towards city walls, are equipped with clean showers and toilets, TV, armchairs, desks and small tables. Air conditioning is standard. The personnel is friendly and very helpful. They smile a lot, open doors for you and check frequently enough to see if everything is alright. Five star service in a three star establishment. Highly recommended.
