There is nothing wrong with this Hilton hotel. It is new and its tower is an iconic structure in Manchester. All five star hotel amenities are there but the room service. It is allegedly 24 horus, but round the clock menu includes only four items: 1/ carrot and ginger soup, 2/ salad of plum tomato, mozzarella and basil, 3/ rocket salad, and 4/ cheese toastie Since I arrived about 10pm, I was stuffed. Luckily, the hotel had a list of takeway and delivery outlets that were happy to deliver to the hotel rooms. I ordered 12" pizza and some ice-cream from Kashmiri Spice (halal), who deliver orders over £8 anywhere in Manchester. My bill incl. the above and a can of coke came to £8.50. The hotel, however has all the usual gym (instructors on site), 20 meter swimming pool, and 'Heaven Spa'. It actually might be Manchester's best hotel with all the facilites - the gym instructors might be the competitive advantage. Rooms & bathrooms were super clean, and trendy.
