Absolutely magnificent restaurant with the friendliest personnel in the entire country! The menu is almost eclectic, and despite the name it is not focused much on Papiamento, but revolves around steaks, seafood, and pasta. Hmm... perhaps it is almost Papiamento. The prices are not cheap, but considering the quality of food and the atmosphere, the place is a very good value. They have great desserts and excellent drinks.
