Hey Rafal,

Yeah it would have been nice to be in Bangkok under normal circumstances - you were very lucky. But it all seems to have quietened down now. It is all about timing, but I just hate to change my plans. Thanks for rating my report.

Thank You for your message and comment about my Ibiza pics. :) I don't have any concrete plans for my next adventure but Prague and Poznan have been on my agenda for a couple of years now so one of them may be my next trip.

I've been meaning to congratulate you on on POM - I love that shot! The lighting is just wonderful and night shots are so hard to get.

I adore Tikal - I've been there three times. It is an amazing place. I actually just got back from northern Guatemala - no Tikal this time. Instead we back packed 6 days to El Mirador which houses the world's largest pyramid.

Where are you off to next?

thank you very much for your message in my gb, I am glad you liked the pics! :) It's always a bit double-edged to upload photos from well-known often depicted places, I guess... Good to know that some of the Globies weren't bored by it. ;-)

Many thanks for timing the report for my benefit. This is very kind of you.

I just checked the weather forecast for Albania, and it does not look good at all. Not for the days I am planning to step into Sarande, Fier, Berati, Tirana, Kruja, Shkoder.... They all have better forecast a day or two before I am planning to arrive and just a day after I leave. What kind of omen is this, huh?

Oh, well. I should have learnt not to trust weather forecasts at all. When I was in Poznan last weekend, the weather forecast had been phenomenal, and yet weather was actually rubbish - with showers and thick cloud, instead of lovely sunshine...

I am almost there in my head with some last minute decisions what to take and whether to book any accommodation ahead of time. Friday comes, and I fly out.

I will be looking for your Bolivia report, for sure. I have not been there yet.
