Monastir Beach's by marianne

Monastir - Tunisia, Monastir Monastir town has a very mediocre beach flanked by a busy road. None of the town hotels has direct access to the beach, nevertheless they regard themselves as beach hotels probably because they have a cordonned off patch of sand across the road in front of the hotel. Skanes is 7 km to the north and is Monastir's seaside. It is referred to as the 'zone touristique'. The beach here is almost perfect. The only drawback is that you will have to share it with thousands of other tourists.
