Thanks for your comments. I was a little scared that our members wouldn't appreciate a report on the Caribbean (don't know why?), but I'm very happy my efforts were enjoyed.

You certainly are hardly a digrace to the flag, yourself, to put it extremely mildly and thanks for the compliment.
There's no way I can keep going at the same rate - there are only a few left that I have photos for - but a friend is letting me use his beter scanner to upload some slides, which I hope may produce a few more.
By the way, I was evacuated to Newport, Shropshire, during WW2 so I was quite near Stafford.

Well i hope it will inspire me to do more. If i get hold of a scanner i will go to work on my older pictures from Thailand and China etc... Found so many i had in storage!

It wasnt the strippers, but a trully beautiful young lady I met at the wedding...shes awesome!!! I was suposed to fly back to blighty 2 days ago... Im still here and today we walked arm in arm on the frozen Reflecting Pool.

So Im very much still alive thanks ...The wedding was awesome ...and Ill fill you all in to the goings on when I get the time!!!

Thanks for the message - but on Mondays I always go to the Spanish Division of the Bradford Foereign Langages Circle - something almost unique in England.
I guess that's what's called Sod's Law!

Dear Brit,i'm glad you had enjoyed some of my images from San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.I would like to post a lot more images of this awesome park,then i would do several albums.You shuld see this beauty yourself some times,and i'm shure you going to like it.
In the mean time i travel only locally,but i hope to visit Columbia Gorge in Oregon sometimes this year for about 1 week.The river has very impressive waterfalls,and visiting Portland will be on my list as well.
A couple of trips along California Cost i will made as well with the stop in California Vine Coutry in particularly Calistoga-a nice spa town with great natural pools.
