Hello and Thanks

Thanks for reading my reports on SE Asia. As for right now the only trip I have planned is for Thailand/Siem Reap in July. I am taking my mom over. She has never been to Asia so it should be a good time. I would really love to get back to Indonesia and head East from Bali. Maybe that will be my next solo trip.

Hi, Brit

Thank you for encouragement. I have heaps of photos and I unfortunately will be restrained in the uploading process by the harsh monthly limit of 100 pics. The point is that I am picking out of my stock the photos which in my opinion may be of some interest for our community.
I love all of your activities on that website.
Kind regards

Thank you for the encouragement. After reading some of the winning reports i realised how basic my original Thailand reports were!!!
Once i get a scanner and some free time i hope to update these and add pictures.
All the best

Happy 2005.
I plan to do a report very soon and include a few more pics including the other famous landmark - St James' Park, which seems to dominate the city skyline!
Although i don't live in Newcastle anymore i make visits to see my family. I can't believe how much the city has developed over the last few years. Still full of Geordie spirit!
All the best

Thanks for your remarks on Selinunte. I think Bacchus was the Roman name for Greek Dionysus [of temle E perhaps?

Brit,
Thanks for the kind words. Yes on the Kerala Cost Loss of lives were less compared to the west cost and other places incl. Sri Lanka. We have a daunting task ahead of us economically as the fishermen seem to have taken the brunt of the damage. As my Mum is still very ill I am finding it difficult to find time to be on internet. Shall come back to u with a long e mail soon, I promise. Let me close Wishing u and family a Wonderful 2005
Kris
