thank you so much for reading + rating my reports and for your messages. I'm happy that you like both. I keep my fingers crossed, that you'll see Alaska. And if you ever visit Germany, you know now where else to go ... :-) (I am sure you wouldn't regret)
By the way: No false modesty - I already read your new report 'Phnom Phen' and I am very impressed!! As Brit wrote: Very atmospheric... and for sure 5*

Hi again...
Normally I really hate cities!!! but this place is actually very very cool. It snowed today and I took a stroll around the block while I was waiting for my friend to finish work... The people are really friendly I helped some of the older people move snow from their steps , there was a real comunity spirit!!.. Ive taken many pics which I will upload as soon as I reach England again.
Your Uncle is a very fortunate man living here!!! Im sure you will make it over to see him oneday. I love your pictures Ardelia.... I so wish I could have seen the things you have......one day I know I will too!!!

Thank you very much for reading and rating my report. I was so pleased to will the Mountain competition, but was completely helped by this fabulous setting.. I hope you get a chance to go to Peru, because its a site not to be missed.

...so pleased that you enjoy my simple slideshows, wish to explore the countries you have visited! I see we have a common goal and message to the world and like your comment - "...let's talk about places and their different cultures". Nationalism and heritage is OK but to know and respect the cultures of others is vital to world peace. Travellers do, wish more would, GLOBO surely helps!

It made me smile alot too, thankyou!!!. Im now in Washington D.C. and although my surfboard is not with me ....for the first time EVER!!!!, Im still having a wonderfull time here...catch up with my goings on everyday in my Travel Log ...if you wish!!!
