Hearst Castle

Dear Bertrand
I’m very fascinated with all of your detailed Hearst Castle images
I had been there about 22 years ago ,seems like it nothing has been of coarse changed
At this tastefully decorated architectural wonder .Looking at your images had created a wish to visit this awesome Palace one more time ,and for me ,it is only 4hours to drive.

Best wishes to you

Boris

Airlines/Aircraft

I think GLOBO is most orientated toward natural travel scenery. Indigenous plants and animals aswell as culture and folklore are part of travel too and also highly rated if they do not look like taken in a backyard, zoo, theater or museum!

I certainly do like aircraft like you guessed. Transport pictures should be OK at GLOBO, perhaps not too many at a time, its certainly also about travel. I dont worry too much about some of my low rated pictures, diversity is best - even have had a picture rejected once!

P.S: Three of my favorite aircraft links:
www.thirtythousandfeet.com
www.airlinepictures.net
www.aviationpics.de (very funny)

Flight

...just exploded about flight safety in the Forum then saw your picture from the aircraft window. Beautiful and peacefull flight and atmosphere - notice (always) the curve of the earth and how thin our atmosphere is!

Hi Bert,

I recall that I had to do the same with pop ups some months ago - although my current browser does not present the same problem. If you get further problems just email Andreas (Andy) and ask his advice - he will advise immediately.

Great to look at your tremendous pictures and looved that first report!

All the best for 2005,

Cheers Brit

Webshots

Hi again, I was looking at another Globosapiens member's guestbook when I found you. I have been a member of Webshots for a few years, but I haven't paid to become a premium member, so there are a lot of areas I can't access. 4500 photos? What an accomplishment!

Take Care,

James

Scanning is the way to go

Bert,

Thanks for visiting my web page also. Peru is a really wonderful place to visit, as is Australia and New Zealand.

However, it would be nice to see some pictures of your home town, as I have never been to French Polynesian. When I was in New Zealand I met a few guys from there working with the Jesus for latter day Saints church, biking around the South Island.
Regards
Misty

Hi Bertrand,
I was in another member's site and ran across your entry in their guestbook, so I thought I would check out your site. I am so glad that I did! You have some really incredible photos posted. This is part of what I enjoy about Globosapiens. The members are from such varied backgrounds. It's nice to find you.

Happy New Year!

James
