Thanks for your kind words - I was in India when I found out, and I was absolutely stunned. There were so many great reports - I really figured Marianne's Riga report for the prize. Mine was sort of an afterthought after a weekend of hiking the trails. Big Sur is just an hour and half south of us, so we go often and it is such a beautiful, peaceful place!

BTW, age is creeping up on me as well. I have bi-focals to prove it!

Oye vey... my son went to the Universtity of Wales and he learned a bit of the language. One time when he was on the phone with us we could hear someone yelling very loud. We asked him why he was yelling and
we found out he was asking people to buy his newspapers.

My pictures are the correct size but I'm told the pixel isn't right.

That's why I don't have a lot of pictures. Under pictures.
