Wonderful album

I just love your album on Norway. Really makes me want to see the place!
Being a pretty recent member on globo, I would like to request you for some tips/directions in starting an active participation here.
I did go through a lot of forum postings about ratings, faq and general information, guess I'm still missing the right direction.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS.

Another amazing slideshow Burak

... I new you could do it. Every picture of "Norway in a Nutshell" supporting/complimenting the next, all together an album in harmony. Why not AoM again this month?
Rudi
P.S: I like pictures showing "movement" in them, like your seagull and waterfall pictures *****

Ontario is a nice place to visit.. In Canada there are many many things to see.. you'd have to visit one province at a time. We haven't visited all there was to see, even in my own province.
I'm looking forward to visiting Turkey one day.. there are many things to see there too
Talk to you soon

Big portions
Posted: 2005-08-10 04:39 AM
Bonjour,
I had taken a look at your great USA pictures, what I wanted to write was I was anxious to read your reports.. sorry about that.. :-) When it's too early in the morning, my brain's a little foggy.. *hihihi*
Yes, I do agree than in the food portions are bigger in North America. In the USA they are even bigger than in Canada. The reason why we had larger and 'fattier' portions was because years ago people worked the land a lot more, and they needed to keep their energy up and also their fatty tissues patted due to our cold winters. In summer most people don't eat much, here anyway. That's my explanation for the Canadian cuisine, as per the American one..? I don't know.. *smile*
I do agree with you, it's nice to travel, it's great to return home.

Congratulations for the A.o.M award. Your amazing Scandanavian pictures would make a great slide show too?
