Thanks, Adam
I've done a couple of travel tips that you might find helful for your own trip.
Speaking for myself, it would take a lot to get me into a gourmet restaurant there. You can do that anywhere and eating in the square is so different.
Cheers

Thank you for your very generous remarks about Knockanaifreann.
The Nire Valley where these hills are is very lovely particularly this year in the unusual Autumn sunshine

I am very happy with the change in your Belgrade report title. Thanks a lot. We, travellers, should avoid offending “drug druga” other fellow travelers.
I am glad you liked my Kamchatka pictures. If you ever plan to go there, I will be very pleased to give you some cheap accommodation places that I discovered, places to visit, etc.
Best regards

Your Belgrade report
Posted: 2007-11-03 08:04 AM
Hi Adam, I also disagree with the title of your Belgrade report.
I can show you places in my lovely Barcelona, that you would dislike, dirty buildings, streets smelling …, drunks sleeping on the floor. Even in Kyoto I saw unclean places, and in Warszawa too.
I have been several times in Belgrade, in Tito’s times and just one year ago, and honestly, I loved the atmosphere of the town, the music of the churches during the ceremonies, the view of the Danube River, the food, the friendly people… that is what the real traveller is looking for when travelling, and not the external appearance of some streets.
Perhaps you should reedit your report and amend the title, without mentioning the word dirty. Some opinions are for oneself (perhaps there was a rubbish workers strike at the time of your visit.
There is one most important consideration: the fact that you provoke that antagonism to other Globo members is reason enough to amend your title. People are more important than cities appearance.

Gorgeous green shots of Montegro

Hi Adam,
Those were great photographs of the Tara River. Do people go rafting down the river?
Were you in a airplane when you took that shot? Nice aerial view.

Adam,
Very nice photos of Montenegro. Lots of natural scenery and I suppose a good country for walking.
I had a look at your tips for Prague, really helpful.
