The Beautiful Fountain's by siffer

Nurnberg - Germany, Bayern The ornate Schonbrunn rises 60 ft tall in front of the Frauenkirche with forty figures in gold, red, and green on four levels. It was originally a functioning fountain built in 1390 and reconstructed over the years, but saved from WWII damage by heavy protective padding. The order of the figures illustrates the issues of the time - the bottom row for the arts, the second for religious figures, the third for heroes and electors of the HRE, and the top for prophets.
