Towers of the Charles Bridge's by siffer

Prague - Czech Republic, Hlavni Mesto Praha At the Mala Strana side of the bridge, two dissimilar towers are present. The smaller is the only remaining part of the Judith Bridge, a Romanesque structure swept away by a flood in 1342. The larger was built in the 15th C to balance the tower on the east side and to further fortify the city.
