I went on a safari in the Masai Mara in the summer of 1999 on my way to serve in Madagascar for the summer. It was something I will always remember for the rest of my life. The photo opportunitiees were outstanding!

The Masai is a beautiful place. It is wide open and rolling. We were there during the migration time, early summer. That is the best time to be there. We saw huge heards of all the migrating animals.

Hi Brandon,
well, Kenya must be fascinating. Just tell us some more of your experiences there and, of course, also some pictures would be great.

You whet my appetite very well but you leave me hungry. I feel certain you have so much more of interest that you leave unsaid - and, having said how photogenic a place was, you didn't put up any photos. I put up reports without photos myself if I've not got any of the area but, having mentioned them at all, at least an explanation would have helped. |
