I agree with you. The title at the top and the comment at the bottom both tend to make one believe that this is a postcard. I just deleted one of his travel advertisements in one of the fora. I think that this guy is out to find customers for his business.

I notice that the picture that you thought was a postcard was deleted, and has now been posted online, again, by the new member.

Wow , the ripple effect of this single postcard is truely fascinating. It surely made interesting reading for someone like me who never had anything like this in mind while taking and loading nearly 175 fotos of 'God's Own Country' which I am trying vigourosly to promote personally. But shall give the benefit of doubt to my friend from Pakistan who uploaded the original postcard in question. It looks like a genuine mistake and as he has now apologised for the un-intentional mistake we must accept that and bring thi issue now to a close. Let us make this the bench mark for the future uploads as ours is a wonderful community here at Globosapiens and we all have every reason to be proud being a part of it. My sincere thanks to Brit, Russ , Mags and all others who participated in this discussion and of course to Andy who presided over. Well done!! Let us continue the same way which in turn is sure to improve our standards even further.

Cheers

Kris,

It was mentioned that there was a second photo by a second person. Here is the link for that one.

This one seems even more obvious than the first one. Plus, the member is writing stuff on his opening page and in the fora about "come to Nepal and let us be your guides..." or something like that. Then he is putting on the URL of a guide service.

Hi,

I have written a message to the member. As I do tolerate his profile page, the postcard and the many travel tips with the links are not tolerable. Lets see if he removes that by himself.

Andy
