Promenade Terrasse Dufferin's by basia

Quebec - Canada, Quebec Building with clock tower stands at the beginning of Terrasse Dufferin. The Post Office Department was located here from 1859 to 1865. Unfortunately I did not find more detailed information about this building, sorry, perhaps someone knows?
