information about thailand  AyutthayaThailand, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
Connected to the main temple on either side of Viharn Phra Mongkol Bopitah are smaller temples containing the collected gifts of Buddha figures from dignitaries and notables, often from other countries, who come to pay homage to the large Buddha that sits in the main temple.

The figures include Burmese, Laotian, Cambodian, Japanese and Chinese Buddhas of various time periods. It provides a wonderful one-stop comparison in styles and forms.
