Veracruz - Mexico, Veracruz-Llave This is the first tourist attraction in Veracruz, a solid fortress erected by Hernan Cortes. It was the most formidable fortress in the world during the XVI century. I reached it by boat, as it is located in an island, but today you can get there also by car thanks to an isthmus.
