Central American countries consider Belice as being territory belonging to Guatemala, but since England is a military powerful country, they can't do nothing for the time being, just wait for better times. The same goes with Argentinians about Malvinas islands, or even Spain with Gibraltar.
Btw: that day was a special fiesta in the whole of Honduras.
