Sukhumi - Georgia Republic of Abkhazia is an independent country since 1993. It does not belong to Georgia. As you can read by yourself in the sign, in the interior of this cafe was lodged the Revolutionary Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia, within the rest of the Republics of the Soviet Union, in 1921.
