Sukhumi - Georgia Republic of Abkhazia is an independent country since 1993. It does not belong to Georgia. As you can read by yourself in the sign, this is the “Koncertnii Zal”. Only Russians performers use to sing in this theatre, since the Republic of Abkhazia is not yet recognized worldwide, and therefore can not invite artists from other nationalities.
