Bartica (GY) - An opening in the sky's by krisek

Bartica - Guyana, Cuyuni-Mazaruni I was travelling with two Canadians lads and a German girl, who I met in Georgetown, in this small fast boat along the Mazaruni River. We just had our walk in the Amazonian jungle, and now were getting to Bartica for some beer. Suddenly, above our heads, this opening in the sky appeared as if trying to tell us that in about 5 minutes, there will be so much rain that, combined with the speed of the boat, we will feel like being in a washing machine. And it was true! We were completely drenched.
