Restaurant within the Asia Khiva Hotel. It is very flexible. The chef on call can cook virtually anything, and his manty (dumplings stuffed with either meat, cheese and potatoes, or cabbage) are really, really nice and served with sour cream. It takes time to cook the dishes, as everything is cooked from scratch. For the manty, one should expect approximately 1h waiting time.
