Aachen - Germany, Nordrhein-Westfalen Granusturm and top part of the Chicken Thief Fountain. The thief stole two chickens but in the hurry he did not notice that one was a cockerel. Its crowing was the man's downfall. During the Christmas market in Novemeber and December it is impossible to take a photo of the complete fountain as stalls selling Christmas decorations, mulled wine and sausages big dollops of mustard surround this fountain.
