Eindhoven - Netherlands, Noord-Brabant A Saturday at the end of November or early December is a good time to visit Eindhoven because the city centre is alive with brass bands playing cheerful ditties in honour of Sinterklaas, the Dutch equivalent to Santa. Sinterklaas is celebrated on 5 December.
