Addis Ababa - Ethiopia I carefully checked the whole Ethiopia pix gallery and noticed that Lucy was not there!! so now, she's !! Lucy is 3.2 million years old and has been discovered in the Awash valley, East of Addis Ababa, in 1974 by an ethiopian/french/ame-rican team of paleontologists. the skeleton (40% complete) tells us that she was 1.2m tall.
