Hieronyma: She is a bookworm, who is not able to let books alone, she is a traveller who travels not to arrive, she is a knitter, who knits to think things over, she is a hiker who hikes to have nature as a counterpart. Who talks to her?

Dear Christl thank you very much for your kind explanation and all images, that you had presented here.
I hope that this trip was very memorable for you with a
tremendous on site learning experience.

Christl,
Thanks for the explanation! Too bad the companion lion is not standing - yours looks so noble!
I share your enjoyment of solitude - to see places such as this in quiet and peace allows me to feel set back in time. I will often rise very early, or walk in the heat when others have given in, to enjoy something quietly. Sunrise is probably my favorite ~ I have been so fortunate to enjoy sunrise at Machu Picchu, on top of a Mayan Temple in Tikal and most recently at the Taj Mahal, but my favorite is in my own California - Yosemite's Cloud's Rest!

There's a list of the Syrian cities on the site at http://www.globosapiens.net/country/syria_cities.html
I shouldn't worry too much if the place you want to show doesn't fit too well. just use one of them and give the actual name in your title.
Cheers
David

Hi Hieronyma
I'm afraid the only thing I can think of is to use some city in Syria that is on the site and then make it clear from your title what you are really sending. However I'll ask Martin [Mortimer] to take a look at your message and he may have a better idea.
Cheers,
David

Christl,
Thanks for your comments on my Rajasthan report. India is wonderful, isn't it! I found the people so charming and the countryside was just facsinating. I hope to go back again in the next couple of years!
