Hi Neda! I love your photos, especially the album of Tunisia. Beautiful pictures!
I'm glad to hear you liked my photos. I went home for Christmas break, and got a lot of writing done in my month off, which is the reason I've been updating so frequently. My parents live in the Shenandoah valley of Virginia - a really pretty place, and extremely different from New York.
New York has been such an exciting place to go to school, and I've made some wonderful friends here. I'm hoping to find a job in the city after I graduate this spring. If that happens, I probably won't have the time or money for a 'big trip' - for the first time in six years! It will be strange staying put and working this summer, but I am looking forward to (and saving up for) the World Cup in Germany in 2006, and Scotland in 2007 or 2008. I'd love to visit Spain someday - it looks like a beautiful country!

Hi Neda,
I just had a look at your personal website and saw: Itaca a poem by Kavafis. in a Spanish and Italian translation (and I could read both albeit with some difficulty) Are you interested in this poet? I have just written an article about him and the Kavafis Museum in Alexandria (Egypt).
I write travel article for pleasure and (secretely)hope some magazine will publish them. If you are interested I can send it to your private e-mail address. Did you go to Alexandria.
regards
marianne

Hi Neda,
I love your doors. Iam also a 'door fan'. The blue door in sidi bou said must be very famous because I also took a picture of this door. Did you like Tunisia?
regards
Marianne
