Succinct Sparrows

Your picture tells many stories.

1. Sparrows are plentiful in your area - must be ecologically friendly.

2. Winter has come to Romania - there is a great contrast with our little Ocean washed island where roses are still blooming in the garden

3. There is a great sense of mixed fellings on the part of the sparrows - they seem sociable but are hunching their shoulders and ruffling their feathers against the cold.

When I was young such a scene was common enough here in Ireland. Now however our winters are warmer and I am very glad that it is so.

Thank you for your introduction to Maramures.

Lots of wonderful information is contained in many web pages concerning that region. Your note was the first time I ever heard of Maramures

Your hometown

Posted: 2005-11-10 05:57 PM
Hi
Thanks again. If you go to your 'about me' page and click on the name of your home town, you'll see that nobody has yet done a destination guide and that you could do one of up to 1000 characters. It would be interesting.
I can read Italian and Portuguese moderately but I'm lost in a conversation. French is better and Spanish quite reasonable.
How about doing some reports on your country?
Thanks for accepting my friendship request.
Cheers, David

Hi Szidonia
Thanks a lot for your kind message.
Is there any significance in the order of the languages in your profile?
Cheers, David
