Hi Brit
You were certainly right about Valencia - what a lovely place to wander around.
As you didn't mention it, I guess you may have been there before the Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias was built. I know some people say it leaves them cold but I should not like to have missed it.
I think the Lonja is probably the finest Gothic civil building I've seen - but what a murderous job to get any decent photos of it!
I'll get around to putting up some stuff shortly.
Cheers

Absolutely not a yawn as you think but brilliant. Perhaps do us an around-a-continent or around-a-country slide show when you can?
Rudi
P.S: the tourist way of doing it :-)

brit,
What can I say? Still gasping for air after the tour ! No adjectives will explain my feeling after viewing it. Truely wonderful. Thaks for your kind words re. my dawn and dusk album from Kerala. I am still struggling with various problems incl my dear mum who is continuing the same way. In answer to your earlier question - no I am going to continue here for forseeable future. Of course I badly miss Oxford and Oxon and all my wonderful friends there. Stroll in the parks and drinks and salads at the pub are all memories still fresh in my mind. The great thing is that I can move back whenever I feel likt it. Anyway shall send you a long e mail with some interesting attachments soon. And my promised reports onKozhikode and Kochi will also follow. Take care and stay in touch
Cheeers,
Kris

What a brilliant Slide Show! More members should do this as a kind of introductory to their others albums, not all best pics tell the same story. Yours is a perfect collection showing a rainbow of themes and places, a special story and adventure behind each picture...
