Hey BM,

Good to hear from you. It looks like you are having a great time in London, and the weather seems fine as well.

Your recent pictures of London a cool. I went pass Tower Hill and your picture of the Tower of London from the road, looks like it was taken from on top of the enterance of the Tube station - nice.

All the best

Im alive........ Just!!!

Hey there B.M. , How are ya??
My life has been amazingly hectic, I met a wonderfull woman at the wedding in D.C. we have been together for 6 months, I even went out to stay with her family and look for work. I found work and returned to the U.K. to sort out Visas and the like. Befor I left she hinted at marriage and we looked at rings and her whole family were stoked. Was back in the U.K. for 3 weeks and she decides she wants to be just friends !!!
Whatever, So Im off to Aus for a year/ the rest of my life. Anyway..... I digress.
The place Im working at the moment Ive met someone who wants to travel to Thialand but she wants to do it in style. So imediatly I thought of you and your place. could you send me details and prices and things through for her? You still got my email address right?
I hope you are well and its awesome to see a Brit at the top of the pile, keep up the valiant effort my good chap.

Later

Hi Brit

Hi Brit,

I had friends over from Germany recently, so got to do the whole tourist thing again. I really enjoyed it. After 20 years here I'm still loving it.

If you want something a bit off the beaten track, that still takes you around the major tourist sites, I can really recommend the Time Out Guide to London Walks, a book of 20+ themed walks.

Hope you enjoy your stay in London, at least the weather should have improved by then.

All the best

Washington

Brit,
Thanks for your kind comments on my Washington report. I have done that trip four times - once with each of my children the summer before they study colonial history. Now that the last one has gone, I will have to find another excuse!

Hello Brit

Hello Brit,

thank you for reading my Denmark reports and your compliments!

This year has been a bit quiet on the travel front and it was good to finally be able to post something new. It's always easier to write about places that are still fresh in your memory, but one day I'll try and catch up with writing about places I've been to in the past.

Hope you are keeping well.

Aren't you glad you don't live in London?

Posted: 2005-07-08 08:41 PM
I was so happy that I decided to spend the day in Brighton yesterday; it actually turned out the be the night as well (as I couldn't get a train back home), but in any event, I think God was looking after me.

But on to nicer things, thanks for reading my report on Vienna.

Have a great weekend

Misty
