What a joy to see all your Aleppey photos. You have captured the place excellently. Exactly the way it is.
We were there last month and went on a backwater trip, only one day, as we thought it would be a bit tedious to do this for much longer. Nature is a bit like Holland, low lying country recalimed land, but the vegetation and climate are very different.
I haven't rated your pictures yet, and written no comment as this takes time, which I haven't at the moment.

nice train, huh? I visited my family in the east (near Dresden) and went for a day trip to the mountains, where the train is... like a museum, weather was horrible but still a nice day!

I agree that Russia seems like quite a wonderful place to visit. One of my friend visited St Petersburgs and was totally amazed by that city. We hope to experience Russia soon. :-)
