Hi folks, I became an early pensioner in 2015 and now have a 50m² apartment in München-Laim with sunny balcony. This is the first time in my life that I am living alone. Now enjoy my hobbies!

Hi Rudi
Thanks for your comment on my report. I thought myself that it was 3* but sometimes something is better than nothing and already Christian is saying he will do something on the area. His profile today shows a great picture of the Mosel valley.
I went to a number of parts of Germany during my time there.
I was stationed at a small vilage called Borgentreich in Nord Rhein-Westfalen, between Paderborn and Warburg [in Hesse.] As well as the area here, I particularly liked Heidelburg, Stutgart, Ulm and the Harz mountains. I'm really sorry now that I didn't take the change of visiting West Berlin.
My reasons for not writing about Germany before were certainly not based on any idea that it is less memorable than other countries - more on the fact that the memories are so very dated and there are so many active Germans in Globo. It seems a bit of a nerve to write on this basis.
Best wishes
David

Vatican vs Rome

Hi Rudi!

Thanks for your friendly advice. I actually thought of this a little too late, after uploading too many photos to change it.... Is it OK to leave it as it is, you think?

Thank you for your comments! You know I don't have the patience to wait for the city to be approved. Plus, it wasn't really about any one place in particular and if people are going to P.R. they will most likely go to San Juan so this way it will give them a heads up to explore a little more. See... it's a marketing ploy. ;-)

Like I told David, it feels good to write a report. I think I'll take his advice and do a few local reports in Michigan.

Exercise, possible?

Hi Rudi
Thank you for your encourage.
Just let you know, that Sriwijaya Air suspended the only connection fron Indonesia to Philiippines - you found once for me. I am in trouble. With weak and per minute internet I cannot browse here to see what else is possible now.
want you check it for me, please?
I will be ready for flight in Jayapura on 20 FEB and I must be in Cebu no later then 25th FeB.
Expensive routes via SIN or KUL are the last thing I can do.
Thanks Greetings
Wojtek

I'm glad you liked the Mahabalipuram pictures and posted recently.
It was a long awaited trip for me. I had last visited that place when I was 7 yrs old. I only remember that it had fewer tourists then and it was a great spot for 'hide and seek' for us as kids.
Yeah, I agree about your views on India. It's the culture that still makes this place attractive despite all the invasions especially modernisation.

Best regards.

Hi Rudi,

Thanks for your message and for taking the time to read my report. I would like to write more reports, but I keep getting this message when I post an email to another member:

Our system has detected this as a SPAM TEXT!
An email has been sent to our service team. Your account will be checked and
in case the system is right, your account will be deleted imediatelly without
any warning!

If my account is going to be deleted then I can't see any point in writing articles and advice which is going to be erased!
Anyway thanks for taking the time to read the article, and your welcome is most welcome ... so to speak. I posted a few photographs yesterday as requested and hopefully will be able to upload more.
Regards
Robert.
