Hola Isabel!

It is cold here in Kyzyl, about minus 15! Look at my profile picture and you will see. But I like the cold.
If you go to Kamchatka go in summer, never in winter!

About Lenin

Posted: 2006-11-20 04:14 PM
Bonjour!
Thanks for writing me.
I visit Siberia once a year and use to spend the whole winter there. I have been several times in Khakasia but... sorry, I do not like Lenin or Stalin (in general I do not like politics), but Bulgakov, Pushkin, Sakharov Roerich... and that kind of interesting Russian people. That is why I will not travel to that part of Khakasia, but to the Tibetan monasteries in Buriatia, Altai, Tiva, Khakasia and Kalmikya republics.
Au revoir!

Rocky,

This is the picture I was refering to:

I really like it, the colour of the sky enhances the pictures.

All the best

Hi Isabelle

You have posted some excellent pictures of Nepal and Bhutan.

I was reminded of our Nepal trip from way back in 1999. It was a bus tour with college friends, we spent a couple of days at Khatmandu and one day at Pokhra.

Your pcitures have brought back fond memories of the short trip we had.

Best Regards,
Akhila

Hello Isabelle,

I've just had a look at your photos and they are even more beautiful than the ones you've uploaded. I really love the aerial shots, can't wait until you put them on Globo. Really brilliant.
