Many thanks for the congratulations. I guess Andy had no choice but to give one of my Tunisian reports an award. There were no other real reports submitted last month. Only some advertisements and stubs...

Yes, I went to USA for a few days, but the adventure was to save the money for the journey. Through Internet I could get a very cheap ticket.
Back in Spain, I do not know when I will be able to travel again. First I have to earn the money.

Thanks for reading my report on Singapore. It is a great little city, I wish I had more time to explore.

The recipe used is really tasty; the kind that makes you want to lick your fingers. But then again crab cdishes are one of my favourite foods.

Btw I am enjoying the stuff on Prague, it really brings back some wonderful memories.

hi, petra - in answer to your question, i live about 23 km from new york city in one of long island's hamlets. don't actually get into the city as much as i should.

had to look up mannheim for location. ran across references to your strange glass holocaust memorial among other things. germany was unquestionably one of our favorite trips, stayed mostly east in munich, nuremberg, dresden, and berlin.

appreciate your continuing interest in cappadocia. switched churches but magnified the apple picture. as time allows, i will get back and put that material up also.

i love your flower set. on my other site, many of the pages begin with a flower from that location. love irises,love pansies, have a magnolia tree in our yard which has survived the new york winters believe it or not. and so unusual to see passiflora, at least in the states. i have some images of them from florida scattered somewhere on the other pages. a flower with a true legend.

hi, pesu - appreciate your following the slow trail of cappadocia. my commentary on why the church is named the apple church is already written but the image showing " the apple " was taken vertically and the site will not accept an image less than 640 transverse. is it appropriate to post an image at a 90 degree angle to vertical and sideways to make a point? in any case, the reason will be on the next tip one way or the other. n.

Yes, I like that trick about the albums. This way, I managed to keep the album on Tunisia current as I took time to load all of the images.

How was Prague?
