Auckland - New Zealand another 20 minutes later. this sunset was just gorgeous and we were celebratin-g my friend getting her citizenshi-p and becoming a kiwi. brilliant!

So many sunset shots, otherwise fine, could be almost anywhere. To capture the disc of the sun and have lots of detail in the water and clouds is not easily done. The description of the celebration lends an important additional depth to it recalls for me many evocative sunsets in different lands but never unfortunately in New Zealand.
