The Small Fortress - National Cemetery's by siffer

Terezin - Czech Republic A massive cemetery with almost 2400 individual graves and up to 10,000 unidentified remains in 5 mass graves was dedicated by Czech leaders including Jan Masaryk in September 1945 divided into two sections, one with a Jewish star and the second with a Christian cross. Those interred here include victims of both the Gestapo prison and the Terezin ghetto as well as from the Litomerice labor camp and those who died on death marches and train transit from the Russian front.
