My first ever flight!! Decided to go on a package holiday to Turkey - I was quite taken a back by the place really and had never experienced the heat like it was. On the whole I really enjoyed the holiday but feel that if i was to return it wouldn't be for a long time. Though saying this i am very interested in visiting Istanbul.
Favourite spots:
Waterfall(Timotei) Forget the real name of the falls but apparently the advert for the Timotei shampoo advert was once filmed here. Turkish Rug Factory - This was very interesting but quite sad at the same time. It was awful to see the ladies working in such poor conditions for the pay that they received.
What's really great:
Authentic Turkish evening - This was quite a laugh, We payed about £10 and had food put on for us in this kind of amphitheatre and had turkish belly dancers strutting their stuff right in front of us. Very nice ladies, and men according to my partner.

Accommodations:
Hotel Alaiye - Comfortable Hotel with lovely pool which was very refreshing especially in the heat. Air conditioning in rooms pretty poor though but by now probably updated. Food, wonderful
