My mother was born and brought up in the first cottage on the Bull Wall, Dollymount. You could watch the old mail boats sailing into Dublin Harbour, now much more modern ships sail into the harbour.
The Bull Wall in a wooden Bridge off the main Road from Dublin to Howth. It didn't used to have traffic lights on it, but has now, as it is only single track.
It goes to a golf course and as a child visiting my grandparents we used to play on the golf course.
Favourite spots:
Swimming in the sea from the back of the first cottage over the Bull Wall. and watching the Irish mail boat, now much more modern boats sailing into Dublin Harbour.
What's really great:
Staying with my grandparents in the first cottage and playing on the golf course
