Fuzine is a beautiful little town, surrounded by wooded hills, west of Zagreb which sits on a picturesque lake. It's easy to get to and a very peaceful place to spend any amount of time.
The thing that I appreciated about this little town was its hospitality. I was invited there to attend a reconciliation conference. When there I met young people from all around the world. It was a marvelous four days.
Favourite spots:
The town
One of my favorite things was running around the lake and down towards the dam.
What's really great:
I enjoyed sitting across the table from a American Buddhist, a gal from Macedonia, a guy from Sweden, and others from the Balkan states.
