if U ever wanna c the great south chína sea crossed with the beauty of the main island Luzon of the philippines try gettin to pagudpud. the best time maybe from mid november to early february of the year for europeans ;) the people are very kind and friendly, life is relaxed and U can chill within nature.

definitly the beach, also mountain areal is awesome. there are some waterfalls in the mountains that are very fresh & clear
Bonjour Mike.. Ilocos Norte really sounds like a paradise!.. is it a resort city or are hotels available outside the resort? Is it possible to hike the mountain?s.. or is only being on the beach what is possible? Are the people outside the resort friendly too?
