On the night of 18 on 19 June went through a storm of Ustka. Lightning was not enough, because the whole sky was one big lightning, at times it was clear as day. I was running around the house and attempted to take photographs lightning. A few lightning managed to catch on camera. It was a little strange, lightning were horizontal, not vertical, as usual, as if crack the glass.

The faces do not see signs of a night of fun, no one is tired. Good mood is ongoing. A special train carrying the fans at a football stadium. There was no need to buy tickets, we all go free. At the stadium in Gdansk hour before the game was already a lot of fans. They came also those who want to experience the atmosphere and did not have a ticket for the match. Everyone willing to pose for photos. It was great.

June 9, 2012 in Gdansk on Long Street and Long Market was great fun. Poles, Spaniards and Italians together sang, danced and drank beer. Everything was done in great friendship. Fans learn Spanish, Polish "Poland - the white-red" (Polska - bia?o-czerwoni), you could hear "ole, ole, ole" and singing Italians. It was hard to guess who is who, because the clothes were mixed, on one person - Spanish T-shirt, scarf Polish and Italian flag. Nice to see the solidarity of fans, because at the end of Euro 2012 to win the best football team.

All good things come to an end. Today we leave from Liberec, we face a long road to home. Well, you do not have to stop in Zgorzelec, for meeting friends have already taken place. Weather for driving a car is good. Snow is gone, the sun is a little behind the clouds, so the trip will be successful.
Going by the way side Swiebodzin hard not to note the great dowry.
Christ the King is a statue of Jesus Christ in Świebodzin, completed on 6 November 2010. The statue is 33 metres (108 ft) tall excluding the mound, the crown is 3 metres (9.8 ft) tall. The statue is 171 feet (52 m) tall with the mound. It weighs 440 tonnes. The project was conceived and led by Sylwester Zawadzki. Apparently the statue depicting Jesus Christ is the highest in the world. The monument appearance refers to the statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, from which is about 3 m higher.

In the city of snow already melted, but on top Jested is real winter. Early morning we drove into Jested. We were afraid that the weather can change and will be bad visibility from the top of the mountains. We managed to climb the first parking lot, already referred to as the car itself is not advised. Now you have to climb uphill 3 km.
You can get to the top Jested cable car, but we decided to go on foot, in order to enjoy the views from all sides.
Really it was worth it to climb upwards on foot, because the views were wonderful. The lower mountains, is the highest peak Jested, were sunk in the clouds, it looked beautiful. Visibility was very good, you could see, which is under Jested Liberec and villages as well as Germany and Poland.

From early morning today, snowing. In the middle of spring is a rarity. If he fell only slightly, but it is becoming increasingly cold and snow lies on the streets. Rhododendrons and flowering fruit trees are already in the same way as people in shock. In our car, we already have summer tires, those who have not yet removed their snow tires May happiness especially in mountainous terrain. Our friends from Liberec yet have winter tires, so exult.
Our friends in Zgorzelec learned that we are in Liberec and do not want to hear, to visit them on the way back to Ustka. In Poland, on May 3rd is a day off from work. Our car has to get tested in the snow, luckily for Zgorzelec is 50 km. Well, I had to visit all the railways, because they were waiting for us together in one house. That was nice. Along the way we saw how much damage the floods did last year.

Today, for my friends is a normal working day, so I have to find time to walk around the city. Liberec is a city surrounded by the Jizera Mountains and Ještěd-Kozákov Ridge. Some of the houses had to adapt to the steep streets. This house in the picture shows how the architects had to work.

Being so close to the Bohemian Paradise, I could not refuse myself the pleasure to see beautiful landscapes. This is an area with a dense network of hiking and biking trails. Bohemian Paradise is also a region full of historical monuments, is not only a protected landscape area, it is also a UNESCO Geoparks of UNESCO. This romantic region lying on the middle part of the Jizera river in a variety of natural beauty with a wealth of historical monuments -, castles, chateaux and folk architecture. That is why already in the nineteenth century, the guests of the Sedmihorky spa began to call this beautiful place Bohemian Paradise. I had opportunities outside admiring nature also visit the castles in the Hruba Scale and Sychrov.
