What is Tsampa, Wojtek?

wojtekd - Mar, 23 2014 04:03am
Dear Petra,
Tsampa is a Tibetan and Himalayan Nepalese staple foodstuff. It is roasted flour, usually barley flour and sometimes also wheat flour. It is usually mixed with the salty Tibetan butter tea. Not my favourite foodstuff! :)
