Hi there,
long discussed and now it is on its way: The weekly review e-mail!
The e-mail will be sent each wendsday to all members (you will be able to switch this off). Containing updates on what was going on at GLOBO during the last week. Top members, top newcommer, top published reports etc.
Now as I am getting the system and e-mail ready I would like to send the e-mail to a couple of senior members before thousands of other members receive it.
If you would like to get one for testing, I would be happy to send you one within the next days (maybe even today). Just reply to this post.
Best regards,
andy

Andy,
Perfect idea. I'd love to receive this e-mail. I am probably not good for testing as I will be away as from tomorrow on a holiday (back 20 September). I check my mail whenever I can, but can't promise.

That would be brilliant Andy! For the members that are regularly active, this would be a great overview, saving new contributions for when we have TIME. Also, I loose my "last-login" lists often and can’t login everyday to see the 24-review or all updates either! A weekly review with all updates and news would enable us to login daily always but especially also let us enjoy all movement at GLOBO, not only those that have occorred just recently. Such a "GLOBOweek" would be most useful when we are on the road or just can’t for weeks on end for other reasons, will help us all to keep in touch better in the community when we return from long trips or have better better time for it.
Yes, please!
Rudi

Looks like a good idea and the ideal way to ensure we don't miss some of the great stuff being posted on GLOBO. As Rudi says, losing the "last login" list or being automatically logged out is very frustrating especially when we haven't logged in for a few days.
I'd be happy to go on the testing list
Cheers
Clive
