Hi Russ,

Thank you so much for your congratulatory message in my guestbook. That is the real pleasure about winning something on Globosapiens – everyone is so friendly, helpful and courteous and that alone makes all our individual efforts worthwhile! I am delighted to have won the album of the month with that particular Sri Lankan Anthropology Slide Show, particularly after all our debates about people in pictures in the forums. People do tell us a lot about their countries.

As to my picture - well I do try to dress down for Globosapiens....but being as its near too Christmas perhaps a Santa outfit or black tie (tuxedo) would be more appropriate....let me search my archives!

Hi Russ!

Your comments in my guest book made me smile! I actually read your report about Seattle in preparation for my visit!

In fact, the day I spent playing in Seattle this month was overcast to begin with, and by the time I got to the Japanese Garden I was dodging the downpours in classic Seattle style. Fortunately the skies cleared as night fell, and I was able to witness an extremely lovely panorama as the lights came up across the downtown. I'll have to be sure to try Ivar's next time I'm in the area...

By the way, your photos and reports continue to be real quality, a pleasure to peruse -- keep 'em coming!
