Hi Liz, thanks for your reply! I think I would enjoy Halstadt, I did visit Innsbruck in 1998 and liked it very much. Austria is lovely!
Lostine is in the far northeastern corner of Oregon, about as far from Ashland as you can get and still be in Oregon! There are only a couple hundred people living here. We do have a website though! www.lostine.com I was surprised to find it! We have big mountians and if you liked Austria, you would like it here. We do call our county America's Switzerland!
Have a nice time on your visit to Oregon, Ashland is a nice place, my Uncle lives there!

It's been awhile

Hey Liz,
it's been awhile, and I was wondering if you've done your south american trip yet? I'm just finishing up a year of traveling- although since I left the states two and a half years ago, it's been pretty hard to deferentiate between traveling and living. I'm now back to Barcelona where it all began for me.
how are you? I saw you online and although I could have sworn there was a "chat" button before, I couldn't find it this time. I checked out your website again, and WOW! It is exactly what I hope to one day be able to get mine to. You have done such a fantastic job.

Are these all your photos? Great, great shots. You've got an eye...I live in Paris and I am suprised to be so impressed with the pictures (in a sense, when you live in a place..."you've seen it once, you've seen it a thousand times...")

Hi Liz!
Thanks for the comments, both on my Chincoteague report, and on the pictures in my gallery. I do have pictures of Chincoteague (and the Grand Canyon and Savannah) at home, so I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to scan and load them. When I do, I'll let you know. :) I brought three of my albums back to school after winter break, which is why I've been uploading so often, but none from travel in the states.
By the way, your website is great! The most comprehensive (and fun) personal travel website I've been to.
